Booking Policy

When booking with Natural Diva Beauty Salon Suite, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies serve as the service agreement between you and Natural Diva Beauty Salon Suite. Please read carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Booking Platform – GlossGenius

Appointments can be booked directly through our online platform. It’s easy to use, stylish, and requires no account setup or login. All services include a shampoo and conditioning treatment to ensure your hair is pampered from start to finish.

Please note: For the safety and comfort of all guests, no additional visitors are allowed in the salon suite during services. Minors receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

Service Bookings

• Add-On Services: Add-ons must be booked alongside a primary service and cannot be booked on their own.

Hair Color Services

• A mandatory consultation is required for all color or chemical services.

• A strand or allergy test must be completed 24–48 hours before your appointment to ensure the best results and your safety.

Hair Extension Services

Consultations: Highly recommended if you’re unsure about which extensions best suit your needs.

Booking with Extensions: You can book hair extension services directly through our site, including premium unprocessed virgin human hair.

Extension Removal: If you need extensions removed, please add the removal service to your booking.

Tape-In Re-Tape Service: Drop off your extensions at least 7 days before your install. Full payment is due at drop-off. This service must be booked separately from the installation.

Cancellation Policy

To help us serve all clients efficiently, we ask that you honor the following policies:

  1. New Client Booking Fee: A one-time, non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to secure your first appointment.
  2. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to show will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service.
  4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment using the link provided, up to 24 hours in advance.

If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule. Standard cancellation fees still apply.

No Refunds

We are committed to providing high-quality service and an exceptional experience. Due to the nature of our work and time investment, we maintain a no-refund policy.

  1. Results May Vary: Individual hair and skin types, along with at-home maintenance, can impact results. While we strive to exceed expectations, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Support for Small Businesses: As a growing business, we appreciate your understanding. Refunds impact our ability to serve clients at the level of excellence we promise.
