Covid-19 Guidelines
Masks are optional for your appointment. Guests are not allowed in the salon suite while service is being performed. If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment. Your consideration for others is greatly appreciated.
Natural Diva Beauty is Barbicide certified. All salon equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected after each client. Hand sanitizer is available to all clients.
Booking Policy
GLOSS GENIUS
An appointment is required via my booking site https://naturaldivabeauty.glossgenius.com/. GlossGenius gives clients the easiest and most stylish online booking experience. Booking is intuitive and easy, with no client account, signup, or login necessary.
All services include a Shampoo and Condition treatment.
HAIR COLOR
All Color and Chemical Service appointments require a mandatory consultation for $25. A strand or allergy test is be needed 24-48 hours in advance of your appoinment.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
You can pre-order your hair from our online shop. Our hair is the best quality you will find of raw and virgin human hair. Your order can be shipped to you or sent directly to the salon suite. Select shipping or pickup at checkout. Please allow 7-14 days for shipping.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointment cancellations will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of the service price for late cancellations and no shows.
REFUNDS
Salon Suite services are non-refundable. If changes or adjustments need to be made, please call or text within 48 hours of your initial appointment: (831) 200-4266. No refunds will be issued.
